* The East Zimbabwe Conference Shepherdesses conducted community outreach programs at Lowdale in Mazoe. They had an average daily attendance of 180 people, and at the end of the crusade, 72 people were baptized. During the VBS program, 61 children graduated. The shepherdesses also fed and gave clothes to orphans, widows, widowers, disabled people, and home care patients.
* In the Nyabira community, the shepherdesses had a kitchen program for the needy and then a three-week evangelistic effort by a local pastor. The event was covered by the local media and broadcast on national TV.
